I’ve been obsessed with how we humans work for as long as I can remember. I studied Sociology at Vassar College, diving into what makes us tick. Then, I dove deeper, earning certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), as well as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnosis coaching. Along the way, I studied archetypes and how they influence our behavior, habits, and yes—how we approach wellness.
With all that knowledge, I realized something: You don’t need more willpower. You just need a plan that fits you—your personality, your lifestyle, your unique energy.

Hey there, I’m Robin—your wellness guide and the founder of Thrive Wise Wellness. My wellness journey has led me through the challenges of autoimmune issues, anxiety, and the rollercoaster of midlife and motherhood. Along the way, I realized that cookie-cutter wellness plans simply don’t work. That’s why I’m here to help you find a wellness path that aligns with who you truly are.
I earned my degree in Sociology from Vassar College and went on to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in bio individuality—the idea that each person’s wellness needs are unique. With additional certifications in life coaching, NLP, hypnosis, and EFT, I’ve developed a holistic approach to wellness.
